At Tina Sherman's Villa Milana Retreat we do our very best to ensure your comfort, security, safety and privacy. Tina Sherman is highly trained in Cosmetic surgery aftercare and she knows just what to do to keep you safe and comfortable. Tina will assess you and give you your medications and also we will assist you to the bathroom, answer your call button, tidy up your room, set up your meal trays and ensure that you are fully cared for. We will provide you with the expertise care that you DESERVE.
1. CHECK OUT TIME: 8:30 AM. Our Suite rate is based on the time that we pick you up from surgery or the agreed upon time, to 8:30 AM the next day. It is not based on a 24 hour period. If our nurse is taking care of you at a hotel, private home or hospital, she will leave at 8:30am the next morning. No acceptions.
2. VISITING HOURS: 11:00am - 8:00pm. (Please, no unannounced visits due to patient confidentiality).
3. PAYMENT: Payment is by money order, cashier's check or cash ONLY and it must be received two weeks before check-in. If your surgery is less than 2 weeks away, please call us immediately so that we can accommodate you. If we receive payment within 72 hours of check-in, we cannot guarantee that you will be staying in the same suite during your stay. Please make money orders or cashier checks payable to: Tina Sherman. Our Suite rate is based on the time that we pick you up from surgery to 8:30am the next day. It is not based on a 24 hour period.
4. CANCELLATION: Due to our high demand to reserve a stay at Villa Milana: please provide us with a 72 hour Notice of Cancellation for a FULL refund prior to your Reservation date. If you cancel your stay at Villa Milana Retreat within 24-48 hours from your Reservation date, than a 30% late fee will be charged. If you cancel on the day of your surgery or you are unable to come to our retreat on the day of your surgery for any reason whether it is a non-medical or medical matter, NO refunds will apply.
Remember, we turn patient's away once your Reservation is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.
5. EARLY LEAVE: If you choose to leave early, while staying at our Retreat, we do not provide refunds for any reason. This includes medical and non-medical reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
6. HOLIDAY RATES: Holiday prices vary from those of regular days. (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Veteran's Day, Labor Day) Any holiday price will be the same as the normal rate, plus $200.
7. VALUABLES: Since we do not have a safe at our Retreat, we ask that you kindly keep all personal belongings in your room. Otherwise, we are not held responsible for any lost or misplaced items at our Cottage. Thank you for your understanding.
8. ARBRITRATION: By signing this form, this is our agreement that you consent to Arbritration. This Form must be received prior to your check-in. Thank you for your understanding.
9. MEDICATIONS: Please bring all of your medications to our Cottage Retreat as prescribed by your doctor. This also includes Tylenol. We do not provide or have in stock, any medications at our Retreat.
10. REGISTERED NURSING CARE: Our Rate is based on having an R.N. administer only oral medications as prescribed by your plastic surgeon. Any injectible medications or IV administrations are at an extra charge.
11. EXTENDED STAYS & PAYMENT: If you decide to extend your stay with us, please have someone bring cash that day. Sorry, we do not take credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.
12. WEEKEND STAY: Our Rate for a weekend stay which includes Saturday and/or Sunday are at a $50/night increase.We appreciate your understanding for the increase.
